The Group owns a Warehousing Facility in Ahmedabad at GIDC Vatva, Gujarat's biggest Industrial Estate with a very strategic location.

The Family's first venture began here in 1983 with manufacturing of Insulation Products.

This facility is operated by Family company, Laxmi Trading Agency (LTA), a first company established by Mr.Shashikant Shah in 1983, father to Mr.Prasad Shah, founder of Olivine India Group.

LTA is India's largest supplier of Perlite Ore from Turkey, and also stocks of Olivine Sand. Dead Burnt Magnesite, Caustic Calcined Magnesia and Magnesia Cupels can also be available from Ahmedabad Facility Against Advance Request.
