It was December 2008, when Prasad Shah first arrived at Salem with just Rs.50000 Cash and Rs.6 Lakhs in his bank Account to make a career in Salem, however the bank balance of dreams and plans were rich to put forward a new company which can be know across the Globe.

The Company's First Operations were started with 300 Tons a month production of Olivine Sand in May,2009 at a small rented premises in 1100 Sq.Feet and then never looked back.

Olivine India Group continued to grow its Olivine Sand operations acquiring nearly 65% of Indian Market Share by 2012 with sales over 2000 Tons a month in Indian Market and Exports to over 32 countries in tune of 1500 Tons per month.

The Group established its first production facility on their own land in early 2014 at India's biggest state of the art Olivine Sand Plant with production capacity of 4000 Tons per month in Salem. By 2016, the dream sales figure of 5000 Tons of Olivine Sand has reached, making us India's largest manufacturer of Olivine Sand.

The Group ventured into manufacturing & trading of Dead Burnt Magnesite and Caustic Calcined Magnesia establishing its own manufacturing plant in China and also a marketing office in Dalian, China in 2016. By 2018, Olivine India Group became India's largest importer and supplier of DBM and CCM in Indian Market with over 4000 Tons a month supplies of DBM and CCM in Indian Market.

In 2018, The Group acquired the Exclusive Distributorship of Grecian Magnesite,Greece for Caustic Calcined Magnesia for Emery Stone Applications in Indian Market.

In 2018, The Group acquired the Exclusive Distrbutorship of Konyakrom, Turkey for Dead Burnt Magnesite for Refractory market in Indian Market.

In 2018, The Group made a joint venture with Eray Olivine (EGAMIN), Turkey for supply of Olivine Sand exclusively to Indian Market and also to other locations across the world.

In 2019, The Group launched its ambitious Refractory Project for Monolithic Refractory Plant in Salem,India.

The Group has now richest pool of resources exclusively in India for Olivine Sand and Magnesia Products with over 10 years of Experience.
